Hamish Cowan created equiti after noticing that many Kiwis are keen to invest in property, but struggling to find property that met their investment goals. Buyers don’t know what to buy or who to turn to for advice and support.

Drawing on this experience, he created an independent real estate business allowing buyers and external affiliate partners to search for and purchase properties that meet their requirements.

equiti work in partnership with buyers and affiliate partners to help Kiwi’s buy well-priced, high quality, new build properties within their means, to help them grow their wealth over time. To do this, buyers need trusted, independent professionals, the right property advice and the right properties.
