equiti are licensed under the REAA 2008 to list and sell real estate. Our goal is to seamlessly connect buyers with quality properties that meet their requirements. (Budget, quality, location, typology, yield etc).
At equiti, transparency and fairness guide our remuneration approach. We are paid by our vendor partners when a sale is complete, however our fees are a bit different to the usual real estate commission. We charge fixed fees, not percentages of the sale price, ensuring our focus remains on your best interests, not maximising sale prices.
