Terms and Conditions

  • This offer is only for QB Members and their Friends and Family.
  • The QB Member referring a friend or family member (the referrer) will receive $1,000 paid to a bank account supplied by them, upon their referee proceeding with a purchase.
  • The new customer (the referee) will receive $1,000 paid to a bank account supplied by them, upon their referee proceeding with a purchase.
  • The definition of ‘proceeding with a purchase’ is once the referee has paid their deposit to secure an equiti property and, equiti has received their fee from their vendor partner as undisputed funds.
  • The offer is only valid from 1st October – 20th December 2024. That is the date on the Agreement for Sale and Purchase must be in between these two dates.
  • Referees must not be referred by an equiti Affiliate Adviser.
  • Affiliate Advisers are not eligible for the equiti friends and family referral offer.
  • QB Members who make eligible referrals will be contacted by email.  
  • Eligibility is at the sole discretion of equiti Limited.
